New Weight Training Routine

As you may have read in my last post, I managed to find a new gym and to be honest I’m pretty impressed with the place. I hit up the pool and steam room on Saturday morning and never felt better. Considering the only time I got anything close to a steam room was when my old gym didn’t turn on the air conditioner, I think the new place was a good choice. Sunday, Roger and I started our new routine and I’m pretty excited about it. It involves what us gyms types like to call “sweating and feeling the burn” and no, it’s not eating to much spicy food. It’s an organized 12 week program that I really needed to get excited about the gym again. I will keep you all posted on the status of the routine over the next couple of weeks and hopefully loose some weight!
On a side note, I need to comment on the stupidity I deal with almost every day on the subway. Today, a rather manly looking woman had the idea to sit down and use the seat next to her as a shelf for her lunch bag and purse. That normally wouldn’t have been a problem but train was full and there were several people with no seat. No one said anything but we could all feel the tension and gave each other the “Look” of understanding. I’m guessing either this beast of a woman paid for two spots or was a complete retard! I think the second scenario would be the more practical choice.
Anyway, that’s my rant for today!
